I decided to check out the new storage place in New Rochelle called Good Friend Self-Storage. I use storage for my office files etc. Anyway, the staff were very accommodating (they are trying to rent units) and also went out of their way to be helpful. The price was less than half of what I was paying at my other storage location (hopefully it will stay that way for a while!). The place was sparkling clean as well. I definitely recommend this location.

Facility is super clean. ( All the time I go)The manager Akeisha is always willing to help even when she doesn't. I've had storage before but my experience at good friend is hands down the best. I recommend whomever looking for storage to go to Good friend self storage.
This is the cleanest, most efficient self storage place I've ever seen. The place looks brand new, is brightly lit, immaculately kept and has a staff that is friendly and helpful. As part of a Trump complex, security is tight so belongings can be stored here without any worries. There is ample room for loading and unloading, carts available for use, and a very convenience loading dock mini-elevator to make things super easy. The price is fantastic relative to every other place within a reasonable distance to Manhattan. The only drawback, which they certainly cannot control, is traffic on the Cross Bronx getting to them, lol! Otherwise, it's a dream of a facility that I highly recommend!
