Mr.Samba responded to my frantic call without knowing who I was on Sunday morning. He assessed our clogged main line and explained the problem. Problem fixed the next day due to need for special equipment and that I called on a Sunday. Polite, accessible via text and phone, and reasonably priced. Extremely pleased. Will continue to access his services. Highly recommend!

Samba is the BEST! My hot water heater died and was leaking water (it was 10 years old.) Samba scheduled me on short notice and showed up on Sunday morning at 9 am as promised. He replaced my hot water heater in record time, at a very reasonable price! I am a very satisfied customer and will absolutely call Samba again for any future plumbing work I may need in my house. By the way, I called Roto-Rooter first: BIG mistake!! Not only was their estimate outrageously high, but the service rep called me from Home Depot and said the tank I need was not in stock, that he would call his supplier on Monday and it would cost me even more $$ above the original estimate. Funny, Samba was able to get the tank I need FROM THE SAME HOME DEPOT!! Guess who will never call Roto-Rooter again? ASAP Plumbing will be my go-to from now on.
