1. the only thing a person in a wheel chair can do is have a party there.
2. Admission is pricey. Nearly 30 dollar admission for 2 hours of staying
Great experience and nice shirts. But boy are this lines long and time consuming. I thought buying tickets n registering online would speed up the process. But your stuck on the same line w everyone else. Besides the long wait it was a blast.
Very amazing indoor trampoline park! They have tight rope walking, trampoline basketball hoops, trampoline dodgeball court, trampoline jump in pits, free style trampoline court, knock out arena, a party area trampoline court, horitizonatal ladder course, glow in the dark nights (9 - 12 am every Friday and Saturday), and a ninja warrior like course (not yet open, but I've been told that course will open soon). The 2 cons are:
I went there on Sunday for a birthday party and after 10 minutes my daughter’s foot hit the divider/padded area between the trampoline squares-play space to the left. As I was standing in the waiting area above looking down I saw my daughter start to cry and I came down to get her. Not at any moment did the young lady who was overlooking that area react, say anything to my daughter or to me when I had to carry her down the stairs and sit her near the closest bench. Guess she didn’t notice. Left my daughter to get her ice to place on her ankle. Went to the counter where you check in for birthday party and told female team leader (she had the shirt) I need an ‘ice pack’—she never asked anything and just walked to the concession side filled a sandwich bag with several cubes of ice. At this point I am thinking that there must not be any protocols in place. Sitting with my daughter for a few minutes before another female team leader (Trini—hope I spelled it right) passes by, notices and seems concerned—I tell her about the ‘ice pack’ situation —Reassuring her that it was a female with team leader shirt-that just gave me the ice no questions asked-she leaves and returns with an electronic pad to take a report. Few of the gentlemen pass us by as she was taking the report and ask if we needed anything. Overall, Trini was basically the only staffer concerned besides the two guys. This place needs to better train all those young adults to handle such situations. As a parent, it would be more comforting to know that procedures are in place from one person to the next-which I’m sure there are but obviously not everyone is getting the memo. I feel if I had not been sitting there with a crying child icing her foot for some minutes, no one but the people from the birthday celebration would have noticed. Maybe the place should have walkie-talkies, have some sort of light at each station to provide communication, internal phone station, or at least a Whistle—communication is key-especially at the area where it all begins.
Super fun for adults and kids. The only reason I'm not giving this a five is because of how inefficient it is. Very disorganized
It was definitely awesome! I never went and it was my cousins birthday so he decided to go to sky zone and invited on the inner circle. I felt lucky. It was definitely an experience for me. I went for an hour and I jumped like never before.......mostly because I was on a trampoline. Which I have never been on before my experience at sky zone.
